Terms And Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply to shopping with Vektoryal at vektoryal.shop. Vektoryal is located at 125 Rue Des Jardins, 59182 Montigny-En-Ostrevent, France. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Products and prices

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Read the product materials, dimensions and care instructions before purchasing. Colors may appear different across screens and lighting. Measure your steering wheel and confirm that its shape and dimensions are compatible; diameter alone does not establish fit. No universal vehicle compatibility is promised.

Payment authorization and order acceptance

By submitting a payment request, you authorize the stated total using your chosen payment method. A payment request is subject to the applicable processor result. An order is accepted when Vektoryal confirms acceptance; submitting information or initiating payment alone does not constitute order acceptance. Contact customer support for questions about payment or an order.

Shipping

Shipping is available only to the supported destinations described in our Shipping Policy. Handling and transit are separate estimated periods. Free standard shipping and the applicable checkout total are shown before payment submission.

Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-day return request window and sets out conditions, shipping responsibilities and the approved refund timeline. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Fit and use

Fit the cover only while the vehicle is safely parked. Follow the fit instructions and confirm that it is secure and does not interfere with controls. Do not use a cover that slips, rotates independently or interferes with vehicle operation.
